Who are we?
1POINT6 is a website managed by 1POINT6, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. 978027159, whose registered office is located at 10, rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France (hereinafter “1POINT6”).
1POINT6 is a website that provides professional users – (i) merchants affiliated with marketplaces that have implemented 1POINT6’s payment solution (hereinafter “Sellers”) or (ii) marketplaces themselves (hereinafter “Marketplaces”) (collectively referred to as the “User(s)”) – access to an online platform (hereinafter “Management Platform”) where they can use various services designed to support Users in their business relationships (hereinafter “Services”).
These terms and conditions of use describe how the Management Platform and Services work, and outline the related termination terms and conditions (hereinafter “Management Platform’s T&Cs”).
Article 1. THE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
1.1. What is the Management Platform?
The Management Platform is only available to any User who is a natural person or legal entity (represented by its legal representative, who is a natural person) who has read, understood and accepted the Management Platform’s T&Cs and plans on using it for strictly professional purposes.
The Management Platform gives Users access to an online platform as well as a range of Services provided directly by 1POINT6 or payment services provided through 1POINT6 – acting as an agent registered with the REGAFI (French Register of financial agents) under No. 734554, undermandate from BNP Paribas, a public limited company with a board of directors and a capital of €2,499,597,122 whose registered office is located at 16, boulevard des Italiens, 75009 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. 662042449, and which is a credit institution and investment services provider authorised by the ACPR (French Prudential supervision and resolution authority) under bank code (CIB) 30004 – in accordance with the framework agreement for payment services (hereinafter “Framework Agreement for Payment Services”).
The Management Platform is accessible on the website www.get1POINT6.com (hereinafter “Website”) and can be used on a computer or mobile phone.
1.2. Signing up on the Management Platform
The Management Platform is intended for all Users who carry out their professional activity as a company or sole trader, whether or not they are subject to the micro-enterprise regime. Users may carry out their activities in all retail, industry and crafts sectors, unless the activity in question is prohibited under the terms of the Framework Agreement for Payment Services.
To access the Management Platform’s Services, the User is required to comply with the following conditions:
- have full legal capacity;
- be of legal age;
- reside in a country in which 1POINT6’s Services are available.
The User will then be invited to complete the 1POINT6 identification process, including but not limited to providing an email address, telephone number, ID documents, and information about their business.
The User must also define a secure method for connecting to the Management Platform (login method), and accept these Management Platform T&Cs.
These Management Platform T&Cs are enforceable as soon as they are accepted by the User when they register to the Management Platform and their account is created.
Any use of the Management Platform implies prior unconditional acceptance of these Management Platform T&Cs, which the User is invited to read carefully.
1.3. Using the Management Platform
The User is responsible for all operations carried out and recorded on the Management Platform.
The Management Platform is accessible from the User’s personal area on the Website www.get1POINT6.com, from a computer or mobile phone with an Internet connection.
To access the Management Platform securely, the User must confirm the login method they have chosen, for instance by entering their strictly personal and confidential username and password. Under no circumstances may the User disclose any security detail relating to their access to the Management Platform, in any way whatsoever.
The User is fully responsible for their use of the Management Platform and shall be deemed, until proven otherwise, to be the one carrying out all operations on the Management Platform.
If the User loses their login details such as their username and/or password, or suspects fraudulent use (impersonation) thereof, they must inform 1POINT6 as soon as possible by any means of communication available to them:

If the User loses their login details (i.e. the use of their email address), they must contact 1POINT6 via the means of communication described above and:
- if they are sole User of the Management Platform, 1POINT6 may delete their account and inform them of the procedure to create a new one, allowing them to use the same email address;
- if they are a User of the Management Platform and hold a payment account with BNP Paribas, the bank may, subject to compliance checks, modify the email address linked to the account.
If the User loses their password (the minimum security criteria for which are outlined on the account management page), they must click on “Reset my password”. They must then enter their email address and a new password. They will receive a confirmation email redirecting them to the Management Platform Website, where they will be required to enter a new password.
Similarly, if an incorrect username and/or password has been entered multiple times, 1POINT6 may block the User’s access to the Management Platform associated with that username and/or password.
Article 2. MANAGEMENT PLATFORM SERVICES
2.1. Basic Services
The Management Platform provides Users with a range of Services in addition to the payment services provided by BNP Paribas. These Services include (non-exhaustive or restrictive list):
- Access to the Management Platform;
- An interface for viewing incoming and outgoing flows with the help of an activity monitoring module, features for blocking or unblocking payment flows as carried out by BNP Paribas under the terms of the Framework Agreement for Payment Services;
- Identification and monitoring of Sellers and their activities (for Marketplaces only);
- A dispute management service in connection with the payment services carried out by BNP Paribas under the Framework Agreement for Payment Services;
- An invoicing service.
With regard to the invoicing service, the User expressly releases 1POINT6 from any liability relating to accounting and tax obligations to which it may be subject due to its status or activity. The User remains solely responsible for the use, adaptation or customisation of the invoice templates they use and issue. 1POINT6 shall in no case be held liable for any missing information in invoices issued by the User.
2.2. Other services
1POINT6 reserves the right to offer any other service it deems useful, in the form and according to the features and technical means it deems most appropriate for providing said services.
Article 3. PRICING
The pricing conditions are available at any time on the Website at www.get1POINT6.com.
Article 4. AVAILABILITY
1POINT6 shall deploy its best efforts to ensure that the Management Platform is accessible 24/7.
The User declares being expressly aware of the technical hazards that may affect the Internet network and cause slowdowns or unavailability, making connection impossible. 1POINT6 shall not be held responsible for any difficulty in accessing the Services due to Internet network disruptions.
No penalty shall be payable by 1POINT6 to the User in the event of a malfunction of the Management Platform. 1POINT6 shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequence of the Management Platform’s unavailability.
1POINT6 reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily suspend access to the Management Platform in the event of a breakdown or maintenance operations necessary to ensure its proper functioning.
1POINT6 shall – although it is not legally required to – deploy its best efforts to inform the User of the duration of service interruption.
It is the User’s responsibility to take all precautions and account for potential service interruptions.
1POINT6 reserves the right to make any change or improvement deemed necessary to the Management Platform.
Article 5. TERM AND TERMINATION
5.1. Term of the Management Platform T&Cs
These Management Platform T&Cs are entered into for an indefinite period, from the date they are accepted by the User.
5.2. Termination of the Management Platform T&Cs
The User may contact 1POINT6’s customer service at anytime to terminate these Management Platform T&Cs. As a result, the User’s account will be shut down immediately.
Users who have also signed the Framework Agreement for Payment Services are notified that termination of these Management Platform T&Cs will be considered a request to terminate the Framework Agreement for Payment Services as well, the terms and conditions of which are outlined in more detail on the Management Platform.
Article 6. FORCE MAJEURE
1POINT6 shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code and by French courts.
Article 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The systems, software, structures, infrastructure, databases as well as contents of any kind (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, trademarks, databases, etc.) used by 1POINT6 on the Management Platform are protected by all intellectual property rights or database rights in force.
Any disassembly, decompilation, decryption, extraction, reuse, copying and, more generally, any reproduction, representation, distribution or use of any of these elements, in whole or in part, without 1POINT6’s explicit authorisation is strictly prohibited. It constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal proceedings.
The User may only use the Management Platform. They shall refrain from any action that would infringe the rights of 1POINT6 or third parties.
Article 8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1POINT6 undertakes to comply with European regulations (the General Data Protection Regulation, commonly known as GDPR) as well as French regulations on the protection of personal data.
The Privacy policy sets out how 1POINT6 uses and manages Users’ personal data collected and processed as they use the Management Platform.
The Privacy policy is available on the Website www.get1POINT6.com.
Article 9. SECURITY
1POINT6 shall deploy its best effort, in accordance with best practice, to secure the Management Platform and safeguard it from any kind of fraudulent intrusion or cyberattack.
However, 1POINT6 cannot guarantee absolute security or the complete absence of flaws on the Management Platform.
If a security breach is detected, 1POINT6 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend access to the Management Platform in whole or in part for an indefinite period or take all the measures necessary to safeguard the Management Platform and its content.
1POINT6 may also ask Users to take specific steps (such as changing their password). The User undertakes to carry out the instructions given out without delay.
Article 10. SUPERVISION
The Management Platform is subject to technical supervision. Access and use are fully traceable.
Connection and usage data is stored for a period of three years, or longer if so required by the French Monetary and Financial Code or for other purposes (court order, audit, internal investigation, pre-litigation or litigation).
This data is then anonymised for testing and statistical purposes.
Article 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1POINT6 offers no express or implied guarantee, including but not limited to any implied guarantee of commercial or strategic fit of the Management Platform for a specific purpose.
1POINT6 therefore does not guarantee that the Management Platform meets the User’s requirements or that the use of the Management Platform may be uninterrupted and/or error free.
1POINT6 offers no guarantee of continuity with regard to the use of the Management Platform, and shall not be held liable in the event of failure, slowdown, interruption or saturation of the Internet connection or, more generally, unavailability of the Management Platform for any reason whatsoever.
1POINT6 does not accept any liability in the event of (non-exhaustive list):
- Interruption of the Website for technical maintenance operations or updating of published information, regardless of its origin and source;
- Unavailability, overload or any other cause preventing normal operation of the phone or internet network used to access the Website ;
- Inability to access data hosted by third parties for reasons attributable to said third parties;
- Loss or theft by the User of their username and/or password or in the event of identity theft.
Article 12. MISCELLANEOUS
12.1. Assignment – transfer of contract
1POINT6 shall be able to transfer all or part of its rights and obligations to any subsidiary to be formed as well as following a merger, demerger, partial contribution of assets or total or partial transfer of its business.
It is expressly agreed between 1POINT6 and the User that any change in the capital structure of 1POINT6, including a change of control, shall have no effect on the validity and implementation of these Management Platform T&Cs.
The User is not authorised to transfer all or part of their obligations under the Management Platform T&Cs in any way whatsoever.
12.2. Modification of the Management Platform T&Cs
The Management Platform T&Cs can be viewed, printed and downloaded at any time on the Management Platform.
If 1POINT6 wishes to update the Management Platform T&Cs, the new Management Platform T&Cs will be made available fifteen (15) days before they come into effect. If the modifications are required by law, the new Management Platform T&Cs will be applicable as soon as the law comes into effect.
Article 13. INSURANCE
1POINT6 certifies that it holds an insurance policy covering its professional civil liability. It undertakes to keep this insurance policy in force for the duration of the Services.
Article 14. SUPPORT
If the User encounters an issue or is dissatisfied with the Services offered by 1POINT6 on the Management Platform, they are invited to contact:

Article 15. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Management Platform T&Cs are originally written in French (translated in English on this page). Any related dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute or litigation that may arise in relation to these Management Platform T&Cs, in particular regarding the existence, validity, formation, interpretation, execution or termination of the agreement, and cannot be resolved amicably within fifteen (15) days of the sending of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, including for proceedings seeking emergency or protective measures, interim proceedings or proceedings on request.
